birthday wishes

It was 24th March 2009, my birthday. It all started at click of 00:00 when i got a call from my brother. I was deeply in sleep and suddenly something started to vibrate and in mid sleep i picked up my cell phone... And to my luck it was my brother ( real one hella character ) called me up to wish Happy Birthday and whats more then he started to discuss about quantum of clothes he has with him currently. if this was not it he had even conferenced Dad and mom tooo.... what a waste of time and energy...

After this session of 20 mins passed it was time to have water and go back to sleep (there is nothing better than having a good sound sleep). There i was 30 mins past midnight another call comes in... and i was left guessing who this was. The call was an international number and it was my sister who recently got married and shifted base to UK. I was so very happy to recieve her call as it was after a very long time, i had heard her voice. Without fail she called and even mailed me. The call went on for about 20mins and then it was well past the hour after midnight. Once the call was done i went back to sleep but to my good luck, the usual head pain started and it disrupted my peaceful sleep. Watched TV for 2hrs and then went to sleep at around 3 in morning.
In morning(when sun rays come in) i was all ready to go to work. but the first thing i did was go to Ganesh temple as luckily today (my bday) also falls on the day when Ganeshji's day is celebrated. Went to siddhivinayak Mandir (85-90Km) on bike and after that reached office at around 8.30am.
From here on my day began.... As usaual for past two weeks i have been maintaining this tool kinda thing which helps me know the "Productive" time i have spent in office. Very interesting tool to use. I started my work at around 8:45 and the thing i was working on will help us automate the QA 99% plus additional 1% will come from another file. The work on this file took my 6hrs apart from another 4hrs which i spent on other things. As the day progressed work started to get clogged up and since i didn't want any backlogs worked with great pace to get everything wrapped up in day's work. everything was going as per the plans.
Lucnh was skipped due to some samosa reaction in morning.... so my time was saved and i worked during my lunch time also. At around 3.30pm had a client call which was going on nicely and since the client were now in comfort zone with me and since the process is currently running at 5.1 sigma level and constant automation and ongoing six sigma projects will definately help us reach our goal of achieving greatest customer satisfaction. Everything in the call was going fine, suddenly this "sweet" moment at around 3.44pm to be precise showered the greatest "moment for the day" for me. Apart from this the moment also kickstarted everything after that.
My team came to know about my bday and this spread like a wildfire and my old process members with my new team mates made the moment never forgettable. At this time i missed my friends shirshendu , Mangu , varsha , amit , rakesh , nimish and others. everyone made the moment special even though most of them are away but thier scraps and mails were encouraging enough. Thanks to everyone.
At end of day additional news that dropped in was that i shared my birthday with a girl in office. Nothing special but it was good to hear that i share my bday with some one else at same place. I hope i could have wished her any way "happy Birthday" to all who are born on 24th March.

lastly i would like to add it all started with my bro's funny call followed by my sis's call. After watching tv , teple visit , office work the moment came which changed the course of day and made it one of best moments here at work. One thing i will miss is surely my old friends. Plus i should have invited some one i missed.
